Key Responsibilities:

• Support with basic care: assisting with washing, dressing, mobility and toileting.

• Daily living support: helping with eating, getting up, or going to bed.

• Household assistance: helping with meal preparation, shopping and basic cleaning tasks.

• Monitoring health status: measuring vital signs such as pulse and blood pressure and reporting changes to the nursing staff.

• Documentation: recording completed care tasks, observations and measures.

• Social support: engaging in conversations, assisting residents with activities and providing emotional support.
   

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German Language B2 Level

• Basic knowledge of care or initial practical experience, for example through a one-year training or qualification.

• Empathy, patience and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work well in a team and cooperate closely with registered nurses.

• Good communication skills, ideally good German knowledge if required for documentation.

• Willingness to work shifts, including early, late or weekend shifts.
