save humankind?
APPROACH
Grains' educational approach has four modules:
- Personal wellbeing
- Theory
- Soft skills
- Hard skillsWe believe that it does not make sense to teach people anything if they are not yet sure in what direction they want their next step in life to be.
Therefore, the "Personal Wellbeing" module at Grains helps students to understand their current position, identify their next aim and learn skills on aligning their actions with their goals.Success in career is impossible without mastering soft skills. The real-life simulator exercises at Grains App teach students take reflected decisions and learn such skills as emotional intelligence, collaboration and problem solving.
Practice takes more than 50% of the learning experience at Grains. Students are gaining hands on experience of a profession by training at the institutions of their future employers.
