Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.​

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.​

• Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately, and adjust care plans as necessary.​

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.​

• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to infection control protocols.​

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.​

Requirements:

​

• German Language knowledge B2 (Certified)

• Driving License

• 2 Year Diploma in Nursing (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or equivalent qualification.​

• Ideally, experience in a hospital or clinical setting; however, motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply.​

• High level of motivation, commitment, and the ability to work cooperatively within interdisciplinary teams.​
